We are very excited to show you our latest design of this Elegant and Beautiful Estate, that will be built in the Parkstone Estates enclave at The Concessions. In a recent article in the Herald Tribune it has officially been announced that Perrone Construction has been added to the portfolio of builders in the new Parkstone Estates enclave at The Concession Residences, in partnership with CMSA. We are very excited to be part of an excellent Team!

Toys For Tots

CMSA is asking our community to help donate toys to the children this year who are in need of them. We will begin collecting toys here at our office, starting Nov 1st
through Dec 9th. Toys for Tots are in desperate need of toys for ages ranging from babies-2 years old & children 13-15 years of age this year.  CMSA will send out another follow up reminder with more specifics of toys they are in need of. Any donations of toys is greatly appreciated & we love helping our community out and bringing smiles to the children faces. Thank you for your support.
