Niagara wine country in Ontario is the place to be this spring as the Canadian Institute of Food Science and Technology presents its Annual National Conference from May 27 to 29 at the luxurious White Oaks Resort and Spa. With the theme Healthy Food Revolution: Challenges, Innovations and Future Directions , there is sure to be something for everything at this year's event. Meanwhile, our table top exhibition takes place on Monday, May 28th from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM in a prime location in the midst of our conference activities.
