COOLING CANCER'S MARCUS MARIOTA ONLINE AUCTION

 

A dmor HVAC and Cooling Cancer are teaming up with Marcus Mariota's Motiv8 Foundation to raise money for cancer research and our local youth.  We are conducting an online auction of autographed Marcus Mariota jerseys and a very special signed football that was used by Oregon during his Heisman year.  The autographed football is one of three game used Oregon footballs signed by Marcus.  The ball features a pink Oregon logo in commemoration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  All proceeds from the auction items will be donated to the University of Hawaii Cancer Center and Marcus Mariota Motiv8 Foundation.  Please visit www.coolingcancergolf.org to bid on these items.  Cooling Cancer is a 501c Non-Profit Organization.

LEGENDARY COACH DAVE SHOJI "LOVES HIS FUJITSU"

When it comes to University of Hawaii sports, there is no greater legend than Wahine Volleyball Coach Dave Shoji.  42 years coaching, 4 National Championships, 1202 Career wins and 5 National Coach of the Year Awards.  Dave's record, hard work, competitive spirit, commitment, integrity and love for Hawaii athletics is second to none. There is no greater person that we would want to have in a Fujitsu television commercial than Dave, and thanks to some great friends at the University of Hawaii we were able to pay tribute to his record in our new Fujitsu commercial.  The spot was filmed on location at Klum Gym on the campus of University of Hawaii.  We used a real club volleyball team (Kuikahi) made up of local girls from various high schools around Honolulu for the action sequences.  The temperature inside Klum Gym was in the 90's and it was so hot that the girls were sweating like crazy.  The final scenes were filmed at a home in Waialae Iki.  Dave and the girls did an incredible job as did the crew at KITV under the direction of Troy Gomes.  Troy took our idea for the commercial and laid out his vision for the action sequences and audio. Building a Martin Brothers Custom takes a lot of sweat and ingenuity.  When MBC needed to take the sweat out of the equation they used MacroAir fans for a solution and made it their own!

This year we are asking customers, vendors and friends to donate to the Mason Kekoa Scholarship fund in lieu of giving gifts to Admor HVAC and our employees.  Mason is the Son of Brad and Almarie Macloves who both work for Admor HVAC.  Keeping little Mason's memory alive is important to us all.  With your donation, we will issue a University of Hawaii scholarship in Mason's name to a deserving high school student.  Our first Mason Kekoa Scholarship will be given away during our Vendor Fair Events in September.  To date, we have raised over $5000 thanks to YOU!
