 AGMAGM Recap

With inspiring presentations by Brigitte Anderson, GM of Edelman Vancouver, as well as Renee McCloskey APR, 2015/2016 CPRS National President, our May 18 AGM was a fantastic event and chance to come together as a community.

One of the key points of business is we elected our 2016-2017 Board.

"This is a strong board, with deep business and leadership experience and complemented by diversity of skills," said Peggy Kulmala APR, CPRS-VI President. "Supported by our pool of dedicated volunteers, we look forward serving our members and supporting the public relations community on Vancouver Island."

"Victoria has always had a vibrant public relations community and it is thanks to professionals who have stepped up and taken the lead on our local board," says Deirdre Campbell APR, owner of Tartan Group and a CPRS-VI past president. "I am excited about the dynamic programming and learning opportunities for our members."
