The CPSC rarely sues companies for recall action, however Britax has refused to recall their B.O.B jogging strollers despite over 200 reports of a detaching wheel that has caused over 97 injuries.
KID recommends that consumers stop using the product until the issue is resolved and a fix is provided. If you have had an incident with this or any stroller, please report it at
SaferProducts.gov.

KID stands against the use of crumb rubber in Niles Park District's LoVerde Center, an indoor sports and recreation facility. Many health and safety advocates as well as residents of Niles are calling for the district to remove the Crumb Rubber.
