Commercial Property Price Indices Decline Slightly

After steady upticks in all-property composite commercial real estate prices from the low point of the recession in late 2009 and early 2010 through late 2011, prices for all property types, except industrial, have begun to level. According to the Moody's/RCA Commercial Property Price Indices, overall CRE prices were down 0.6% in April.
Even the multifamily sector, CRE's shining star which saw an impressive 37.4% price increase from its bottom in January 2010, has come back to earth a bit with prices down 2.6% overall in April. Contact us for the complete report!
