2016 President
Dear Members,

They say April showers bring May flowers, and if you've been in Washington this week, you know at least the first part is true!  But all of this rain has gotten me thinking about service - so, what's the connection?

This week I've watched the thermometer climb in our Member Chapter Challenge to 40% - for the largest CREW chapter in the nation, that's an amazing accomplishment. It's not just about collecting money - it's serving the future generation of women who will come behind us and pave the way for more opportunities for them.  Thank you for giving generously and supporting the movement.

Today, CREW members attended and the Chapter sponsored the Trust for the National Mall Luncheon, the annual garden party which raises money to keep our most recognized national park in spectacular condition - again, it's exciting to me to see so many CREW members continue to serve our community, and with hats, too!

Last, tomorrow is our official Day of Service - no doubt Wellies and good humor will be in order, but did you know nearly 80 women registered to support us and lend a hand to clean, repair and dress up the National Mall?

Our mission is to advance the achievements of women in commercial real estate, but why stop there when there is so much more service we can offer?

Thank you for continuing to make CREW DC the  association of choice for women in commercial real estate.

Yours,

Michelle
