The CREW NY Foundation Committee is seeking volunteers to support its
Women In Need's (WIN) Secret Santa collection in December.
Cindy Boyea, Property Manager of Paramount Group, will be leading the effort and is looking for a few holiday "elves" to assist from October through December.

CREWNY's second of three "Leading Ladies of Real Estate" was Leslie Wohlman Himmel who spoke at Akerman's offices on July 10th.
Leslie is founder and co-managing partner of Himmel + Meringoff Properties, a leading owner/operator of New York-based commercial real estate and one of the only privately owned, first generation portfolios of Manhattan office buildings. Founded in 1985 with partner Stephen Meringoff, Himmel + Meringoff currently manages two million square feet of commercial real estate valued in excess of $2 billion.

JJ Falk Celebrates her firm's,
JJFD, 20th Anniversary

Clients from commercial real estate, media, fashion, finance and the corporate world attend.

Long-time member JJ Falk, managing principal and founder of her eponymous architecture and design firm, JJFD, recently celebrated the firm’s 20
th
anniversary with a fete at the iconic New York Athletic Club attended by clients, colleagues and employees.
Industry leaders from commercial real estate, media, fashion, finance and the corporate world honored JJ with congratulations and commentary laden with admiration for her design aesthetic and work ethic. Among those who spoke were Patrick Gavin, former CFO of GMCI; Karen Elliot, creative director for Ralph Lauren; Tom Hill, vice president of Boston Properties; and Lou Milo from Milrose Consultants.
Other attendees included executives from Tory Burch, LeFrak Organization, Pratt Institute, Viacom, JP Morgan Chase, Capital Dynamics, Heller Organization and JLL, all JJFD clients. Each guest received a coffee table book of Twenty Years of JJFD produced for the occasion and commemorating noteworthy projects from the last two decades.
