Brandywine Realty Trust has a NEW logo that tells a more dynamic story about who we are and where we are going. We are a company that creates lifestyle, with a vision and an enthusiasm that transcend simply the physical space. We foster engagement and connections to build communities. So now, we are moving to a logo that conveys the forward motion of our progress, and unencumbers us from the static depiction of a building.
We live in an era that demands cutting-edge solutions and fresh ideas, a certain innovative spirit, a willingness to dare and to take risks. We are embracing these contemporary challenges here at Brandywine—taking the lead, forging new paths. We are defined by the remarkable spaces we create and manage, where employees thrive. Our offices are convenient, aesthetically captivating, inspired. By developing well-designed, amenity rich complexes adjacent to growing residential areas and transit hubs, we offer a rich portfolio of dynamic workplaces for companies seeking spaces that empower their employees and advance their goals. We care about what our tenants think. We are passionate about presenting them with exceptional office environments, and enriching the surrounding neighborhoods they call home. Our deep commitment to our communities was recognized by NAIOP when we were presented with the Developer of the Year Award—the highest honor in the commercial real estate industry. Reputation matters. Commitments are made to be honored. Passion fuels our excellence. Our neighbors notice.
Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN) is one of the largest, publicly traded, full-service, integrated real estate companies in the United States, with a core focus in the Philadelphia, PA, Washington, D.C., and Austin, TX markets. Organized as a real estate investment trust (REIT), we own, develop, lease and manage an urban, town center and transit-oriented portfolio. Our purpose is to shape, connect and inspire the world around us through our expertise, the relationships we foster, the communities in which we live and work, and the history we build together.
