Who Should Attend
This program is designed for public works professionals who are responsible for road maintenance and who may be required to operate a chainsaw as part of their duties. This is a perfect class for new employees and a good refresher for more experienced workers.
Public Works Directors, Highway Superintendents, Foremen and Crew Leaders are encouraged to attend.

Emmett received his bachelor's degree in Parks and Recreation Management from UCONN and is CTSP certified. Emmett has written articles for CTPA and TCIA; and teaches a CTPA class in Arboriculture.
