A CT TRANSPORTATION LEADERSHIP PROGRAM ELECTIVE WORKSHOP

Research indicates that organizations with a diverse workforce achieve better results. Leading a diverse workforce requires the ability to foster an inclusive culture; one that celebrates differences and enables the best performance from everyone.

In this workshop, participants will reflect on their personal connection to diversity, expand their awareness of diversity concepts, explore the business case of diversity and gain knowledge on how to successfully lead their diverse team. Using group and individual activities, Kenya will work with participants to develop an understanding of how concepts like unconscious bias and generational differences impact the workplace.
