The Lean LaunchPad Educators program is a 2.5 day workshop designed for entrepreneurship faculty. You will learn the proven Lean LaunchPad process and acquire the tools to create a curriculum you can put to immediate use. Led by Steve Blank and Jerry Engel with team of experienced entrepreneurs and educators, this program will challenge you to rethink your approach to teaching entrepreneurship.

4. World Extreme Medicine Conference and Expo
Extreme Medicine II: Taking Medicine to the Extremes
October 28-31, Harvard Medical School, Boston



The inaugural European event of the World Extreme Medicine Conference and Expo series was held at the Royal Society of Medicine, central London, from the 15th - 18th April 2012. Following its success, we are delighted to launch the first North American event in October 2013. We are privileged to be holding this in association with Harvard Medical School and the Harvard-Affiliated Fellowship in Disaster Medicine and Emergency Management.

 

The conference will deliver 4 days of knowledge, insight and innovation in the field of remote medicine including pre-hospital medicine, expedition medicine, disaster medicine and other 'extreme' medicine fields. Delivering these messages will be speakers who are the global leaders in remote extreme medicine, ideally placed to provide expert knowledge transfer to you, our delegates.

Job Title: Senior Fellow, Post-Graduate Fellowship Program, Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation 

 

The Post-Graduate Fellowship (PGF) is an intensive training program that provides opportunities both for self-directed research and interdisciplinary collaboration in health metrics. The PGF program combines academic research, education and training, and professional work with progressive, on-the-job training and mentoring from an accomplished group of professors and researchers.

 

Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) is an independent research center identifying the best strategies to build a healthier world. By measuring health, tracking program performance, finding ways to maximize health system impact, and developing innovative measurement systems, IHME provides a foundation for informed decision-making that ultimately will lead to better health for people worldwide.
