Eli Bundrick, 19, has been blacksmithing since he was 8 years old. This class would teach students the basics of blacksmithing:
The tools and how to use them efficiently, knowing the metal and the fire, and basic techniques to work metal. students will make hooks, coat racks, and fireplace pokers, and learn some of the history of the craft and get a look at its future!
Lenoir Downtown Cruise-In & Swap Meet

Come out for the Lenoir Cruisers 5th cruise-in of the 2017 season! Lots of cool old cars, trucks, and bikes in town for an evening of free, family friendly fun and relaxation. Free door prize tickets will be given to all drivers, children up to age 11 and ladies.

Foothills Performing Arts Presents Jack Tales

​ Foothills Performing Arts' presentation of "Jack Tales"is a full-scale show presented by the children's camp of the two weeks prior. It  is based on Appalachian folk tales, the stories tell the adventures of a young hero thrown on the road to adulthood who must overcome obstacles with bravery, intelligence and trickery.
