is a series of exercise classes for all ages that are free to attend. It's an opportunity for residents from Uptown and surrounding communities to engage in exercise sessions, including Zumba, Yoga and Hiking and bring the entire family out to for healthy morning.

Submit your information (including flier in JPEG or PDF format) and a link where subscribers can register or find out more about the event. The calendar is generally sent out on Monday of each week.
