Hello Calvary,
Please join me in welcoming Rev. Roger Foote who will be Calvary's Supply Priest (Priest-In-Charge) for the month of February. He is the Rector Emeritus of Christ Church, Glendale which he served with distinction for almost twenty-five years. He has substituted for Rev. Willard on multiple occasions so he is familiar with the Calvary family. Let's show him a warm Calvary welcome.
Interim update:
Rev. Canon Carter-Edmands, Canon for Formation and Transitions, is working on finding an interim but does not yet have one lined up for Calvary's vestry to interview. In preparation, the vestry will decide on a 5-person interview subgroup this month. Rev. Carter-Edmands has graciously offered to train this group on the interim interviewing process. More information to come.
Altar Guild
This vital group is in need of new members to bolster their ranks. Some of the Altar Guild's duties are setting up the church for masses, christenings, funerals, and the like. Please see Duane Lewis, our Jr. Warden, with your interest.
God Bless You All, Daren Grayton Sr. Warden Calvary Episcopal Church

Prayer |
O
God, who before the passion of your only begotten Son revealed his glory upon the holy mountain: Grant to us that we, beholding by faith the light of his countenance, may be strengthened to bear our cross, and be changed into his likeness from glory to glory; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
