Hello Calvary Family,
Thank You to Rev. John Morrison. He did a great job as our Supply Priest last Sunday.
Thank You, John!
Now this Sunday we will have Rev. Bob Moore back with us for all three services. Please show him a warm welcome.
Transition Update
I am glad to say that we are moving ever so closer to a candidate for Transition Priest. We should have a candidate interviewed by June. Please be on the lookout for more information in the coming weeks.
Helene Ault
Thank you to all who made Helen Ault's Retirement / Thank You Luncheon a success. The testimonials were heartfelt and engaging. Pictures will be placed on the bulletin board soon.
Please buy mulch from Boy Scout Troop 161. Calvary just bought 50 bags for a future summer clean up day.

Jesus, My All,
To Heaven Is Gone
Traditional Spiritual
arranged for mixed choir, oboe (or violin), and piano
by Howard Helvey
For the Sunday after Ascension, the Calvary Choir, along with violinist Satish Casie Chetty, will present my setting of this expressive and little-known traditional Spiritual.
It was written in 1999 in honor of the ministry of the Reverend Canon
Domenic K. Ciannella, Interim Rector of
Calvary
Episcopal Church, Cincinnati, Ohio, 1998-1999.
Feel free to listen to a recording of the anthem by clicking here.

With any questions regarding the Choir and/or the University Choral Scholar program, please contact the organist/choirmaster, Howard Helvey:

Prayer |
O
God, the King of glory, you have exalted your only Son Jesus Christ with great triumph to your kingdom in heaven: Do not leave us comfortless, but send us your Holy Spirit to strengthen us, and exalt us to that place where our Savior Christ has gone before; who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, in glory everlasting.
Amen.
