Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands did not have time to recover from the devastation caused by the category 5 winds of Hurricane Irma before Hurricane Maria, another category 5 storm, came barreling through and slamming the United States Territories for a second time. The destruction is massive, many will be without electricity for months, but you can help.
