We are in need of some adult help for the summer! Can you help us?

We are excited to have several youth already registered for our Big House Jr. High Mission trip and for Summer Camp.  Now we need adults, age 21 or older, who can go with us and serve as Work Team Adults and Camp Counselors.  Our Big House Mission trip is June 28-July 1 at Lufkin UMC and Summer Camp is June 10-15 at Lakeview Methodist Conference Center outside Palestine.   All adult volunteer costs are paid for by the Student Ministry.

Also, we need two church families who can host one of our summer interns from the middle of May to the middle of August.   We are currently still searching for both a male and female college intern.  If they come from outside of the Conroe area we will need to provide housing.

If you are able to help or would like more information, please contact Ruth Ann Person at or 936-697-9097.

New Series Begins this Sunday!

When life gets hard and things don't turn out the way we hoped, it's easy to believe that God is distant and that our story is over. But Easter reminds us that just the opposite is true. We'll discover that Jesus is a God who isn't distant and hasn't abandoned us. In fact, He's always working to bring our stories back to life.

Come join us and bring a friend!
