Colour Moves is an interactive ground-based installation with panels of photo reactive pigments that change under certain light wavelengths. Under this effect, the installation appears to be moving, giving it the resemblance of a “psychedelic carpet.”

The Baltimore Drone Prix is a never-before-seen mix of art, sport and technology! A collaboration between Global Air Media and McCormack & Figg, The 146ft long 26ft tall race course will also function as an attraction with large illuminated artwork lining the course for the drones to dart through and around at breakneck speeds. Pro races take place from 4-11pm on April 14 and 15 with the youth and amateur races
April 21 from 4-11pm. 
ALIEN NATION II

Alien Nation II is a performance by Hoesy Corona that ruminates on the impending plight of climate immigrants globally. Five otherworldly costumed performers will traverse throughout the Light City 2018 festival footprint wearing light based augmentations that tell a visual story.

Rocky Styles, co-founder of the Beast Coast Bomb Squad by his early teens. Particularly in the 90s during the golden era of Hip-Hop, when his love for music led him to a degree in mass communication and another in audio production.

at the Light Up the Night! Stage at the Inner Harbor Amphitheater

Q.O.K. is an alternative pop rock band from Northern Virginia. The band writes and performs original music that blends styles such as pop, rock, reggae, jazz, blues, Latin, Caribbean, and soul. Q.O.K. enjoys being involved in the community and raising awareness of topics close to their hearts. The band currently works with local organizations such as USA Cares and FishingCommunity.org who represent the military community and advocate for mental health awareness.
