Brown Bag Project Summer
Service Opportunity
JUNE 17 & 24
JULY 15, 22 & 29
AUGUST 5, 12 &19
The Brown Bag Project at Canterbury is looking for fun volunteers of all ages - from teens to adults - to distribute water, snacks and meal bags on Friday mornings this summer (8:45 am - 11:15 am by the Chapel drive-through).
This is a great opportunity for students needing SERVICE HOURS to help out people in need.
Canterbury's many ministries for outreach, worship, and learning stay in full swing throughout the summer -- and they all need funding. So please help keep the church's financial house in order this summer by continuing to pay your pledge commitment. Or better yet ... consider prepaying your giving plan BEFORE you head off for the surf, the lake, or the mountains.
Have a great, slowed-down summer. And please, put FIRST THINGS FIRST!
