Delivery News
REMINDER: Order deadline is Noon the day before we deliver:
  • Unfortunately Cherokee Market near Canton will no longer be hosting a drop-off location. For our customers in that area, home delivery is available and we will be looking for other opportunities near you.
  • Chicken and Lamb are seasonal items for us, but both are available now. Enjoy some while they are available.
  • The Home Delivery Map will be expanding again today. It's not finished yet, but I will be incorporating Douglasville into the home delivery zone later today. ICYMI, we recently expanded around the Lawrenceville/Grayson area. Get your Carlton Farms order delivered to your door in a insulated cooler. It's super awesome!
  • There is a new Delivery option for those of you that live in Tucker. Mother Natures Market will now serve as a drop-off location. Delivery day for this location will be Tuesday, so orders will need to be placed by 12:00 Noon on  Monday. You will be able to swing by Tuesday or Wednesday to collect your order. Orders will be under proper refrigeration until picked up.
  • Eggs have beautiful dark orange yolks. They got a little light over the summer when they were laying the heaviest. Now they have slowed down a little bit, and the beta-carotene has caught back up. They look and taste fabulous.

On the Farm

Space Camp:
I took a couple of days last week to chaperone a class trip with Jersey to the NASA Space Center in Huntsville Alabama. We made paper rockets, learned about the history of the space program, and got to do several space themed simulations. Best of all I got to watch my girl interact with her classmates and teachers. I'm so proud of her kind, respectful, and generous personality. Even though the Space Camp bunk bed mattress was less than optimal, I enjoyed being a dad away from the farm for a couple of days. Lest you think I got soft while away, I got to process 75 chickens on Sunday.... welcome home.
