REMINDER: Order deadline is Noon the day before we deliver:
  • With School back in session, and everyone's fall routine starting to get wound up. Keep in mind that we are now offering home delivery. Get your Carlton Farms order delivered to your door in a insulated cooler. It's super awesome!  
  • Beef and Pork have been freshly harvested, inventory has been updated. Enjoy. 
  • Eggs have beautiful dark orange yolks. They got a little light over the summer when they were laying the heaviest. Now they have slowed down a little bit, and the beta-carotene has caught back up. They look and taste fabulous. 
FarmFan: Get Text Message Reminders and Receive Rewards.
As one of our Farmfans you are able to receive text message reminders, both to place your order and to come pick-up your order. You will also have the ability to check-in when you pick-up. As you accumulate check-ins you will earn rewards such as Grocery Bags, T-shirts, Discounts.

On the Farm

Speaking at Local Elementary School:       
Each Year I get the opportunity to speak to some local elementary students about farming in general, as well as specifically what we do on our farm. I never really feel like I have the time to do this kind of thing, But once I get there I really enjoy it. I walk the kids through the process of growing and harvesting crops, making feed, feeding chickens, and producing eggs. We are in a unique situation where we can show examples of the complete process, since we do all of those things. Its cool to see those connections being made inside those little minds. They seem pretty engaged with me... until the chicken steals the show ;-)
