I said last week that we had just gotten beef and pork back from the processor. However, we didn't get it posted online until late last week. Inventory on all products should be updated now.
We have lots of pork fat. So if you've ever been interested in making lard, now is the time. Its normally $2 per pound, but right now we have 5lb for $6
We are about to embark on an effort to increase the number of drop-off locations to better serve our customers around Atlanta. Drop-off locations require an additional driver, and a location that is willing to be a host. These locations allow larger pick-up windows, and increase the convenience factor for those picking up a Carlton Farms order. In order to offset the costs of compensating the hosts and to cover delivery expenses, we will access a small $2.50 delivery fee for each order. This small fee should make the drop-off locations convenient and sustainable for years to come.
