Delivery News
REMINDER: Order deadline is Noon the day before we deliver:

Turkey Pick-up: We will be delivering Thanksgiving Turkeys this week. We have just concluded the last of the turkey processing, and now all of the Thanksgiving Turkeys are in the freezer. They will get to you frozen (however only briefly). Freezing the birds this year allowed us to spread our processing workload across a few weeks, and allowed us to freeze the birds at the peak of freshness so you can thaw and enjoy all the quality of our pasture raised turkey.  As this is the week before thanksgiving, you would be able to defrost the turkey in the fridge for a few days and still have time to Brine, or prep however you would like.
If you are picking up at a Mobile Market location, you can pay the balance when you pick-up. If you are picking up from a drop-off location, we will email you an invoice for the remaining balance.
We do still have turkeys available. Order yours by clicking the link above.

Turkey Time:
(update) After the first round of processing, we have been harvesting larger birds. Now it looks like we will have several in the 15-18lb range as well as the smaller ones.
Turkey processing has commenced, and these fine pasture-raised birds will soon be ready for your holiday table. We will be quick freezing these birds  this year as soon as they're processed to ensure the freshest and highest quality for you. So far the weights are coming in around 12-15 lbs. (Would have been more without the extremely hot summer) There may be larger ones that are yet to be harvested.
As always, our turkeys have endeared themselves to everyone here at the farm. It is always such a pleasure to raise these interesting and personable birds. We love to watch them grow and mature throughout the summer, but as fall arrives we know there is an impending bittersweet day when harvest must begin. For the next three weeks we will be preparing these birds for your table.  If you would like to order one for your Thanksgiving festivities Click Here
