On The Farm:
As we get ready to close out another year, we find ourselves in a mode of reflection. We are very appreciative of you, our customers. It is truly a pleasure to work each day producing some of the best food around, but its even more special knowing that it will go from our hands to yours. You all value what we do, and that is evidenced by your continued support and patronage. Your support provides a living for the 3 Carlton Families directly involved on the farm and to the 5 families of employees that help create this food and get it to you. Your support provides more than a living though, it humbles us that we get to work the earth on your behalf, and it motivates to to be constantly improving what we do and the way we do it. Thank You!
In the spirit of constant improvement we do have a few changes we want to make to Carlton Farms in the coming year. We are not ready to release those yet, but we want to make sure we are moving in a direction that continues to serve you. I am working on a survey that I hope you will be on the lookout for, and if you want to help us be the type of farmer you want working on your behalf I hope you will fill it out. We appreciate it in advance. Survey should be out this week.
