REMINDER: Order deadline is Noon the day before we deliver:
Once again, we are picking up more beef from the processor tomorrow. I have already listed online some of the items that we have been out of, knowing that we will pick them up tomorrow. These items include: Ground Beef/Organ Blend, Beef Bones, Beef sausage. Plenty of roasts, steaks, brisket, and ground are also available online.

Bacon has also been listed online, along with many of our other delicious cuts of pasture raised pork. Currently we have Boston Butts, Pork Shoulder, Pork Ribs, Sausage, and unbelievable Pork Chops.

FarmFan: Get Text Message Reminders and Receive Rewards.
As one of our Farmfans you are able to receive text message reminders, both to place your order and to come pick-up your order. You will also have the ability to check-in when you pick-up. As you accumulate check-ins you will earn rewards such as Grocery Bags, T-shirts, Discounts.

New Technology, We need Your Reviews & A Happy Birhtday:
There is new technology on the horizon at Carlton Farms. It will be more robust with more features and should give us the ability to offer more delivery options. More info coming soon... stay tuned. 

With the new website we will be highlighting google reviews and making those reviews available for new customers to easily access. Thats where you come in. We want our satisfied customers to post a review so that our farm can have credibility with new customers. If you remember this time a year ago, I had to miss a week of deliveries. That is unusual, but that week our 3rd child was born. Wren arrived on Feb. 23rd and this week we celebrate her first birthday. Wren, along with her Sister Jersey (7) and Atticus (4) have completed our little family. As you can imagine, our house is so full of life and love... ok and sometimes chaos. Those little ones make it hard to leave home every morning.
