Ten years before the American Revolution, Orange County farmers formed  "The Regulators" to oppose King Georges' rule. Lord Governor Tryon sent the Redcoats up from New Bern and the "Battle of Alamance" ensued not far from our farm here in Saxapahaw. The story tragically ends but the seeds of revolution were now sown by a bunch of local farmers.

Come early for our fresh picked blueberries and Its new potato digging time at Turtle Run. We are bringing some super yummy cucumbers too.
