Mighty Lou Launches Friends Like Me

Mighty Lou Friends Like Me I am Mighty Lou, and a caped crusader for "Friends Like Me."

Friends Like Me is a program to provide emergency medical care and treatment for cats and kittens who are sick, injured or have chronic illnesses.

Maggie could be your best friend

Maggie Available Cat I am Maggie, and Cat Depot has been my home for over two years. I am a bit on the shy side, but that doesn't mean I'm not friendly. I just need time to get to know you. And, if you approach me slowly and are patient with me, I will be your best friend.

I love playing with ping pong balls - in fact, I'm the unofficial Cat Depot Ping Pong Champion. But I hardly ever get to show my ping pong prowess because the other kitties in my suite are afraid to play against me (chickens!). Do you like ping pong? I'm looking for a worthy opponent. Are you game?

The good news is that Cat Depot has found fur-ever homes for quite a few adult cats in the past few weeks. So, perhaps I'll be next. Until then, I'm going to sit myself down by the door to my suite and await the arrival of my special person.

Cat Depot needs your help to spay and neuter community (feral) cats

Feral Community Cat Cat Depot is preparing to test in-house TNR (Trap/Neuter/Return) efforts for community cats. Additional TNR resources are needed in our community and Cat Depot is passionate to help. In the last 30 days, Cat Depot was awarded two grants to help fund the surgeries. To begin, however, we need two additional surgery packs - and unfortunately, they are not cheap. With a little help from everyone, we can begin the project of helping our community cats and the kittens who are born into often precarious and life-threatening situations. Please help us make this giant step into TNR by helping us raise the final $1,435 needed.

Go to GulfCoastGives.com to donate

We have only 18 days left to raise the funds and take a giant step forward for TNR. Thank you for your help to get us there.
