Mark your calendar! On Wednesday, May 17, 2017, from midnight to midnight, Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida is participating in the G reat G i ve, a 24-hour online giving event designed to raise as much money as possibl e for local nonprofits.

Last year, thanks to generous donors like you, we raised more than $4,000! We know we can accomplish even more in 2017 - will you join us?
This year, one of our areas of focus is getting girls into the great outdoors! Every girl deserves a chance to camp! Your Great Give donation will go a long way in helping us bring the outdoor experience into the lives of as many girls as possible!

We hope you will consider donating to Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida at
https://www.greatgiveflorida.org/gssef on May 17th and lend your support to our efforts of providing more girls with the opportunity of outdoor experiences.

Thank you to our Presenting Sponsor, Publix Super Markets Charities, and our Major Sponsor, LaCroix Sparkling Water, Inc. Make sure to check out these great companies when you have a chance. We couldn't have done it without them!

If you missed the final results or race day photos from one of the events, check them out here.

Were you unable to make the race but wanted to join in the fun?! We have a limited supply of leftover t-shirts that can be yours for a $20 donation. See what sizes we have available here.

Because of their super #cookieboss skills, Troop 40237 were able to use their 2017 Cookie Sale proceeds for a trip to SeaWorld and attend the Girl Scout Jamboree there. Girls and moms participated after hours in the Girl Scout Jamboree. The girls got a personal tour of some of the areas, touched the sting rays, exchanged swaps with other Girls Scouts from across the U.S.A., and got to sleep amidst the manatees and turtles!

Go-getters from Troop 20603 collected a whopping 170 pounds of food items during our Council-wide Feeding Florida Together Food Drive and donated the food to Boca Helping Hands. Great job Girl Scouts!

Knowing how to respond in a medical emergency and how to help save a life by performing CPR is so important. Congrats to the 22 GSSEF Troop Leaders who recently became CPR trained!
