Bach, Beethoven and Brahms Society is pleased to present its festive holiday concert, “A Bohemian Christmas,” at historic Faneuil Hall on December 19 at 6 p.m. A quintessential New England venue rich with history, Faneuil Hall will resound with the spirited voices of The Apollo Club and the talented young singers of VOICES Boston. The two groups will lead the audience in a lively sing-along of popular carols. The concert opens with Mozart’s delightful Serenade for Winds in C minor, followed by Dvorak’s dramatic Serenade for Winds, ‘Cello & Bass in D minor.
Make a day of it! What better way to celebrate the season than with music, perhaps complemented by some pre-concert shopping along the area’s cobblestone walkways and a post-concert dinner at a one of the many fine restaurants an easy walk from the hall.
