New Scandinavian Cooking: Food for a Viking

A visit to Ribe, Denmark, the oldest town in Scandinavia. Included: chef Claus Meyer helps prepare fresh oysters with herbs; an herbal-yogurt smoothie with honey; a corn-porridge dessert with fresh berries; and a slow-roasted beef sirloin.
