Why Should You Plan to Attend the Pathway Home Fundraiser & Chamber Mixer?
The Yountville Chamber's September Mixer will be at
Pacific Blues Cafe on
September 17 from
5:30-7:00 pm.
Since opening in 1996 Pacific Blues has hosted the Chamber mixer in September marking their anniversary. This marks their 19th anniversary in Yountville. When asked why, owner Jeff Steen started donating to The Pathway Home, he said "About four years ago I decided to use the annual mixer to raise funds for The Pathway Home. The Vets always come in to the Blues and I thought this would be a good way to honor them." He continued, "I call this party 'The Town Gathering' since it's a way of thanking the Town of Yountville for their years of dedication to the Blues!"
A $20 donation secures your entrance and all proceeds go to
The Pathway Home. The party is all complimentary and includes a buffet line with wine and beer and a live blues band.
The Pathway Home provides comprehensive treatment for our Nation's military personnel who have served in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Support the Alzheimer's Association Throughout the Month of September
The Bardessono, in partnership with Napa Valley Walk to End Alzheimer's, urges support this September with a 'Cosmo for a Cause' at Lucy Restaurant & Bar. Proceeds from every Cosmo purchased will go toward the Alzheimer's Association to help fund research to end Alzheimer's and dementia while enhancing care for those living with the disease.

The Walk to End Alzheimer's is returning to Yountville Park for the third year to take steps to end Alzheimer's disease by raising money and awareness. The funds raised provide local care, support groups and research. This family event is a morning full of amazing speakers, music, a Kids Zone, LAPS Therapy pets, a photo booth, breakfast snacks, Ben & Jerry's and more. Come support a world without Alzheimer's.
