Celebrating Spring
& the Persian New Year
Nowruz

Nowruz [nouˈɾuz] means "the New Day," and is the name of the Iranian (Persian) New Year, marking the exact astronomical beginning of the spring season. From time to time, Meher Baba (being of Parsi / Persian heritage) would oftentimes enjoy Nowruz with His Mandali.
 
Come join our Persian Baba community in this festive event and enjoy the spring day with music, food & refreshments, and much festivity.

The Young Adults' Discourses Group continues its weekly meetings, which are open to younger-generation Baba-lovers & Seekers.

6:30 pm - 7:00 pm  Fellowship & tea
7:00 pm - 8:30 pm  Reading & Discussion

The subject of study and discussion is Meher Baba's Discourses, which are available in print (e.g. at Meher Baba Books). The Discourses are also accessible online here:


Each week we will chronologically read a Discourse and discuss how it relates to our daily lives. Come join us and delve into Meher Baba's amazing Discourses like never before!
