Bruce Humphrey Mr. Bruce Humphrey is the Ambassador Strategic Outreach Coordinator for the 63d Regional Support Command, located in Mountain View California. In this role Mr. Humphrey is responsible for the planning and analysis of the United States Army Reserve Ambassador program within a seven state region. He keeps over 15 Ambassadors apprised of strategic messaging, new developments and legislative changes while maintaining ambassador motivation in support of the Chief Army Reserve's vision...
