Pavement Repair, Root Removal & Crack Sealing Ahead!

It's an exciting month ahead for your Spokane River Centennial Trail!  Major surface repairs, including tree and root removal, pavement removal and replacement, concrete repair and crack sealing begin Monday, October 10.

Work will occur Monday through Friday and require intermittent closures that will affect
Military Cemetery Mile 28
Mile 28, from the Military Cemetery trailhead, will have asphalt removed and replaced where major dips are located.

Signs will be in place at access points along the trail notifying users of closures ahead.  Crews will work east to west, starting at the Idaho state line (Milepost 0) and finishing up in Nine Mile Falls (Milepost 37). Work will continue through November, depending upon the weather.
