What's New At Central Catholic?
It's Nearly Finals Week
Finals Week can be a bit intimidating, especially the first time around - I mean that title, Whoa! The truth is that no one wants to see our students succeed during Finals Week more than our teachers. They will spend the majority of their class time this week reviewing with the students and making sure they have everything they need to be do well. Study groups will form among our students and they will lift each other up as they prepare together.
Our Music Saints Are Putting Everyone in the Christmas Spirit
Looking for something fun to do SATURDAY? Swing by Barnes & Noble and watch our Choir and Band's 9:30 a.m. & 10:30 a.m. performances. If there are people on your Christmas List who are avid readers, your purchase will help our Music Program. Use these flyers to shop the store that day and continue to support them by ordering online through December 22. Stop by the gift wrap table and our volunteers will take care of wrapping your purchases.
Would You Like To Know Everything That's Going On Here?
We send Central Catholic @ A Glance,  a weekly newsletter, to all of our current parents. It's designed to let them know what's ahead in the coming weeks. If you'd like to receive it directly, just reply to this e-mail and let me know OR you can read it online here.
Why Should Your Family Choose
Central Catholic?
We'll have different reasons in this section each week, but this week, I want you to pay attention to the question itself. High school is a family choice. We want students, parents, and siblings to feel welcomed and comfortable with our school. We are your student's last educational and spiritual stop before heading off to college. We teach the values you teach at home and you can feel comfortable that Central Catholic is an extension of your family. Every high school wants to prepare your student for college; at Central Catholic, we will prepare your student for college AND we will prepare your student for Heaven
How Does That Work?
I'm often asked, "Why does Central Catholic do that?" or "How does that work?" Think of this section as a way of getting you and your student a bit more ready for Central Catholic and our traditions. We'll cover different topics each week so stay tuned.

You Go Girls!
I have had the pleasure of watching several 8th Grade Girls' Basketball games this season and I'm so proud to see girls from all three of our Partner Schools playing at State. I'm even more proud of how they share in each other's success - a timeless message for all of us. Good Luck to Epiphany and Corpus Christi/St. Mary's as they close out tremendous seasons Thursday night!
Go Knights! Go Saints!
Merry Christmas!
I  want to take this opportunity to wish all of you a Merry Christmas filled with family, friends, safe travels, and the joyful spirit of Christ's birth!
