This is an exciting time for you and for us. For you, it's the beginning of a new chapter in your student's life and for us it is a honor that you chose to entrust your student to us for the next four years.
There are three steps to our Application Process
- Fill out and submit the online Application Form
- Approved applicants will be e-mailed a registration form and a link to set up a Registration Meeting.
- Bring your completed Registration Form, $300 Commitment Fee, and all required paperwork to your Registration Meeting.
Application Form Information
can be filled out now and is a formal indication that you wish to register at Central Catholic High School. We will call you for a meeting to provide additional information.
Registration Form Information
Every family whose application is approved will be e-mailed a Registration Form and a link to a sign up for your Registration Meeting via SignUp Genius. Schedule your appointment then fill out the Registration and Emergency Contact Forms before coming to your Registration Meeting.
Registration Meeting Information
Registration Meetings will be scheduled via SignUp Genius for March 5, 6, 12 and 14. Our Counselors are dedicating their time to you on these dates. After March 14, Registration Meetings will be scheduled directly with the Counselors.
When you come for your Registration Meeting, you'll turn in your Registration and Emergency Contact Forms
(we have a Notary Public to take care of signatures)
and a check for your commitment fee of $300 (made out to CCHS). Turn those it in to Mrs. Fitzwater at the front desk when you arrive for your appointment.
You'll then meet with one of our Counselors to determine what classes your student will take in the fall. The Counselors will use current grades and results from the High School Placement Test to determine a preliminary roster of classes. They will go over their class suggestions with you and you will have opportunity for input. Once you leave the counselor's office, you'll have a plan for the coming school year.
Can My Student Join Me To Set Up Classes?
This is completely up to you. If you are comfortable talking with the Counselor about your student's grades and learning potential, then bring your your student. If you'd prefer a more private conversation, we can do that as well. Most families bring the student, but it truly is your choice.
What If We Are Applying for Financial Assistance?
for the most up-to-date information about financial assistance including the Invest In Kids Act scholarships, Spalding Scholarship, and FACTS Grant and Aid
. You must also be registered by May 1 as assistance can only be given to registered families.
In addition to filling out the FACTS Grant and Aid form, contact your Pastor to see if there is any additional assistance your parish can provide (Please note that every Central Catholic family in our Partner Parishes already receives assistance that bridges the gap between our non-affiliated and affiliated tuition rates.)
What Happens After My Registration Meeting?
When you leave your Registration Meeting, you and your student are members of our Saints Family! You will begin to receive additional information that only registered families receive including information about summer athletic team schedules.
