Question :  “Do I need a business plan?"

Answer : Your business plan is the foundation for your business. It is a roadmap for how to structure, run, and grow your business. You will use it to convince people that working with you - or investing in your company - is a smart choice. It also makes you review your insutry, competition, and customers to see if your product or service is relevant and needed.
