Avoiding Stereotypes in the Workplace
In the workplace, stereotypes are quite harmful and limiting not only to those we stereotype, but also to ourselves.
Stereotyping does not only affect the productivity and profits in an organization, but it also hurts the self-esteem of the subject.

HR Voice breaks down stereotypes and provides steps to take to assess and eliminate them  here.

The Chartered Professionals in Human Resources of BC & Yukon (formerly the Human Resources Management Association)  is pleased to provide monthly HR advice and information to the members of the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce.
