Member businesses in the Traverse City Area Chamber of Commerce and the Northern Michigan Chamber Alliance have a special opportunity to take part in the West Michigan Policy Forum happening Monday, September 26, in downtown Grand Rapids.  This is the leading policy-shaping event for business in West Michigan and is being expanded beyond the Grand Rapids area. Topics will include financing for Michigan cities, job creation, future trends and a preview of the upcoming presidential debates with guest panelists to include former U.S. House Speaker Newt Gingrich and former New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson.

Last Call for Chamber Golf Outing
Chamber members have stepped up in a big way to support this year's Chamber Golf Outing, coming up August 17 at Crystal Mountain Resort & Spa. More than 270 golfers are registered, hole sponsorships sold out and plenty of great prizes have been donated for the event.

If you're not yet registered, there's still time to get in on this special event that helps raise money for Chamber leadership programming. A handful of tee times are still available, and you can still promote your business by donating a prize for the raffle drawing. Contact Event Coordinator Andi Wagenschutz at andiw@tcchamber.org

If you are registered, we'll see you on August 17 at Crystal Mountain for a 10:30 a.m. shotgun start, followed by dinner and the prize drawings. Can't wait to see everyone there!
