A PACE-setting Business After Hours
The region's senior population is growing, creating increased demand for services needed by our local residents. Tonight's
Business After Hours event will highlight some of the ways the community is adapting to these changes when we visit the new
PACE facility at 2325 N. Garfield Road - the former Grand Traverse County Health Department building.
PACE stands for "Program for All Inclusive Care for the Elderly" and is a program that primarily serves low-income seniors dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid. It uses an interdisciplinary team approach with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, case managers and other health care professionals to develop effective care plans and services for patients and families.
Check out the new PACE facility and see what the Grand Traverse Pavilions has planned there tonight from 5 - 7 p.m. Of course we'll have all the usual BAH fun, refreshments, prizes and networking opportunities, so you won't want to miss it.
