Participants enjoy a round of golf at the Danville Golf Club along with a lunch, reception, and the chance to win many great prizes.
Proceeds support the programs and services of the Chamber.

Save the Date: Taste of Southside on June 20

The Chamber's newest event, Taste of Southside, is scheduled for Wednesday, June 20, at the Danville Community Market from 5:30 -  8:00pm.
Taste of Southside will feature restaurants, caterers, food vendors, and wineries from the area and offer samples so that those attending can have a "taste" of all that our region has to offer.

Legislative Lunch on March 22

Business and community leaders will have the opportunity to hear from our state legislative delegation about their perspectives on key issues in the 2012 General Assembly session at this year's Legislative Luncheon.
The meeting will feature legislators Frank Ruff, Bill Stanely, Danny Marshall, and Don Merricks.

Strategic Planning Workshop on March 20

Develop a strategic plan that is more than a document that gets filed away and brushed over when it's time to do the planning process all over again!
A Strategic Planning workshop will be held on Tuesday, March 20 at RCATT. Registration begins at 8:30 and the workshop will conclude at noon. There is no cost to attend, but space is limited!

Girls Club Steak &
Stake Dinner

The annual Boys and Girls Club Steak & Stake Dinner will be held on Monday, March 12, 2012 beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research.
This year our speaker will be Herman Moore. Mr. Moore, a Danville native and football legend at George Washington High School and the University of Virginia, was an All-Pro performer for the Detroit Lions from 1991 - 2001.
