Dear Chamber of Commerce Folks,

The Humane Society of Fremont County, Inc. will be holding our Annual Giant Yard Sales on:

Saturday, August 3rd

from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on each day

at The Humane Society

    110 Rhoades Avenue

    Canon City CO

Thousands and thousands of items, all priced to sell.  We'll have - furniture, antiques, books, housewares, artwork, electronics, toys, puzzles, holiday items, pet stuff, man stuff, clothing, etc., etc.

All items are donated by generous locals, and the shelter collects these treasures year 'round.

on Saturday, August 17^th, 2013 from 9 AM -2 PM.

We are hoping to have an event that will draw many people from Fremont County and beyond to enjoy the celebration with us.

Here are some of the things that will be happening:

�         Historical displays and talks at the Brookside Community Center and at SpringCreek Park

�         An antique tractor and vehicle display

�         Tractor hay rides

�         Tour of 1920 St. Anthony Church

�         A silent auction fundraiser

�         Beverage stands (Water, pop, beer and wine, and Italian ice)

�         Door prizes

�         A Bocce ball tournament

�         Musicians

�         Water balloon fights

�         Sale of a special Brookside Centennial print created by Artist, Dave Merrick

�         Sale of Brookside Centennial T-shirts, caps, wine glasses and beer mugs

�         Lunch from 11 AM - 1 PM
