Apprenticeship Introduction

Come and learn why a Registered Apprenticeship is right for your Company, and hear how a MN Apprenticeship Initiative grant could help you get started.

Companies in all sectors of the American economy are facing complex workforce challenges in increasingly competitive domestic and global markets. Registered Apprenticeship is your proven solution for recruiting, training, and retaining world-class talent .

Timing is everything, and the next 24 months offer a unique opportunity to offset expenses associated with "trying" the apprenticeship model with a Minnesota Apprenticeship Initiative (MAI) grant. Businesses can apply for up to $5,000 per apprentice to create or expand registered apprenticeship programs in the following 5 high-growth industries:

*Healthcare
*Information technology
*Transportation
