Wellness Tiptip
This May, start your day off on the right wheel. Research shows that more than half of the people in the U.S. live within five miles of their workplace, so why not try biking to work instead of driving?

A recent study finds, people who bike to work have a significantly lower mortality rate and are less likely to develop heart disease or cancer.

Check out the Blue Zones Project May biking calendar for activities.
