As North Iowa has seen with recent flooding, it's crucial for businesses to be prepared in case of an emergency. The Worksite Wellness Committee is holding a Workplace Emergency Seminar from 9:30-11:30AM on June 20 at the Commerce Center. Philip Pitzen, Ed.D. with the Department of Homeland Security will facilitate the workshop.


You will walk out of this session with a plan on how to make sure  your workplace is well-prepared to ensure employee safety in a variety of situations ranging from inclement  weather  and medical  emergencies  to active shooters .
