Collinsville Chamber of Commerce November 2018 Newsletter
November Business Over Breakfast
Join us this Thursday, November 1 from 8:00 am to 9:00 am at our office at 12th and Main for some laid-back networking with your fellow Collinsville Chamber members. We won't have a guest speaker or a structured program, though we will take time to introduce everyone and make a few announcements.

Our Business Over Breakfast events seem to be falling on cool, rainy mornings. Don't let the forecast stop you! Our office will be warm and dry and we will have bagels and hot coffee to greet you!

The best part? This event is FREE for our members!

Turkey Bingo 2018
This Saturday night is our big Turkey Bingo event! This evening serves as a fundraiser for the Chamber, and money raised will be used for our 2019 programs and events.

Between the hours of 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm, approximately 30 games of bingo will be played with bigger, better prizes for winners of all ages. Prizes include (but are not limited to!) certificates for frozen Thanksgiving turkeys from JB's Market, gift cards to local businesses and restaurants, toys and games, a Roku, and more! The grand prize given away at the end of the evening will be a flat screen Vizio HDTV. Concession items such as bottled water, soda, pizza, and candy will be available for purchase.

Admission prices are $15.00 for adults and $5.00 for kids 12 and under. Admission prices will include three bingo cards per adult and one card per child. Additional bingo cards may be purchased for $2 per card. Cards are reusable, allowing you to play all night for more chances to win! We hope to see you all there for a night of fun in downtown Collinsville!

December Membership Luncheon

Thursday, December 6, 2018
11:45 am - 1:00 pm
Veterans Building
909 W Main Street

Breann Audet with Nutrition Nook will be our guest presenter at December's luncheon. Breann will lead attendees through the Gems Personality Training. Knowing your own "gem personality" helps you to better understand yourself, avoid potential pitfalls, and enables you to be a better leader. Knowing someones else's gem is a way to focus on what motivates them, what will help them stay on track, and how to best celebrate their successes. You don't want to miss this fun, useful training!

If you pre-register by noon on December 4th, you will receive a discounted price of $10 for lunch. You are also welcome to join us without a reservation for the price of $15.

You don't have to be a Chamber member to attend -- all are welcome! Please invite your business colleagues who might be interested in attending.
