Fri Sept 15 - Ribbon Cutting at 9:00 AM for Holy Spirit Retirement Home, 1701 W. 25th St.  Holy Spirit Retirement Home is celebrating their new outdoor signage upgrades. Open House following the ribbon cutting until 12:00 Noon.

Fri Sept 15 - Ribbon Cutting at 12:30 PM for Dermatology Associates of Siouxland, 2930 Hamilton Blvd. They are celebrating the 20th Anniversary of Dr. Mark DeMay's service with the clinic. Punch and cake will be served following the ribbon cutting.
Tue Sept 19 - Ribbon Cutting at 4:30 PM for Antidote 71 (formerly JD Gordon Creative Labs), Ho-Chunk Centre, 600 4th St., Ste 227. They are celebrating their new office in the Ho-Chunk Centre. Social Hour following the ribbon cutting until 7:00 PM.
Wed Sept 20 - Ribbon Cutting at 4:30 PM for new Chamber member, Sabrina Cooley, Licensed Massage Therapist, 4700 Gordon Dr., Ste. 103.
Thur Sept 21 - Ribbon Cutting at 2:00 PM for new Chamber member, Senior Lifestyle Advantage Magazine, at the Siouxland Chamber Office, 101 Pierce St. Refreshments will be served following the ribbon cutting.

Fri Sept 15 - Park(ing) Day 2017, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, organizations and groups from around Siouxland will participate in this day in Downtown Sioux City along areas of 4th, 5th and Nebraska Streets. There will be opportunities to chalk the street, crush grapes into wine, and interact with many others bringing yard games and relaxing experiences to parking spaces for the day. No cost to attend and maps for the event will be available at

There will also be some food trucks between Jackson and Jones Streets on Friday, September 15th.
Sat Sept 16 - Scheels Race for Hope benefiting the June E. Nylen Cancer Center, 5K Run/Walk or 10K at the Adams Homestead and Nature Preserve. Register here
