Summer class registration is almost here!
Resident registration begins at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 2. Non-residents can begin signing up for classes at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 8.
The summer session covers June, July, and August and features recreation and lifestyle classes and programs for people of all ages and abilities. New this session is Donuts and Dads preschool activity, special interest summer intersession camps, vegan cooking and more. Returning favorites include intersession camps for youth, adult sports leagues, swim lessons, free family swim opportunities, the 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular and much more.

Therapeutic Recreation

Come see the spring fashions showcased by models with developmental disabilities at the You Look Marvelous Fashion Show on Saturday, May 9 at Chandler Center for the Arts at 1 p.m. All models participated in a six-week workshop series and now they are ready to strut their stuff on the big stage! Preschool Classes & Activities

Music and stories are an important part of shaping a child's life. Participate in
Come Alive Story Time with Ms. Diana - Nature Edition on Friday, May 15 from 9:30-10:15 a.m. at the Environmental Education Center. This activity explores interactive stories, music, games, and drama, while building positive attitudes, character, self-esteem and values. Parent participation is not required. This class is for ages 3-5 yrs.

Youth Classes & Activities

Summer break is knocking on the door! Looking for a way to positively occupy your child's time? Join us for our Youth Summer Camp at the Community Center, Environmental Education Center, Snedigar Recreation Center or Tumbleweed Recreation Center (dates and times vary). Qualified staff will engage kids in various activities such as sports, games and arts & crafts. For ages 5-12 yrs. Pre-registration required - register here.

Join us for the 7th Annual Teen Town Hall Tuesday, May 19, from 8 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. The Teen Town Hall aims to expose high school students to the local government and encourage them to make their voices heard in the community by following the local government action process.
