SAWS regulations regarding the TCEQ Customer Service Inspection (CSI) have changed.
TCEQ CSI forms must now be submitted before an account with continuous service can be established. Water meters can be set without completion of a TCEQ CSI form; however, service will be
temporary only
until
all of the requirements of the service agreement have been met.
To ensure that the water meter is set in a timely manner, please make certain that the meter box is clean and accessible, and the property is clearly marked with the street address.
